Beginner Jumps & Tumbling (Tiny & Mini team athletes)
Thursdays, 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Registration fees: $100.00 - Deposit of $20.00 + ($11.43 x 7 months)

In this class we will be focusing on basic tumbling skills such as forward and backward rolls, handstand forward rolls, dive rolls, cartwheels, roundoffs, front and back walkovers, and front and back handsprings.
Kids will be able to work at their own pace in this class. While some may be perfecting rolls and cartwheels, others may be working on walkovers and handsprings.
Jumps will be incorporated into every class as well.
Drop in rates are available at $6.00 per class. Participants must be enrolled in our Tiny or Mini team program.

5% Sibling Discount: $166.25 - Deposit of $33.25 + ($19.00 x 7 months)
10% discount if registration is paid in full = $157.50
Drop in rates are now available at $10.00 for both classes (2 hours). Participants must be enrolled in our Youth, Junior or Senior team program.
Conditioning & Flexibility (Youth, Junior or Senior team athletes)
Thursdays, 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Registration fees: $100.00 - Deposit of $20.00 + ($11.43 x 7 months)
5% discount if registration is paid in full = $95.00
5% Sibling Discount: $95.00 - Deposit of $19.00 + ($10.86 x 7 months)

This program will focus on improving flexibility, and will also incorporate strength training and conditioning exercises.
Drop in rates are now available at $6.00 per 1 hour class. Participants must be enrolled in our Youth, Junior or Senior team program.

Advanced Tumbling
Mondays, 7:30pm – 9:00pm
This class is open to any cheerleaders registered in one of our competitive programs however interested participants MUST audition for this class on Monday September 12th 2011 from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.
Participants in this class should at least be able to perform a back handspring with spot.
Registration fee for this class: $75.00 – Once selected, fees must be paid in full at the first scheduled class on Monday September 19th 2011.

This class will focus on running tumbling and connecting tumbling skills.
Participants WILL be challenged!
Athletes in this class who achieve Level 3 standing and running tumbling will also be able to compete in individual and duo routines throughout the season.
Open Gym
Thursdays, 8:00pm – 9:00pm
This one hour a week, open gym time is designed so that athletes who want to get a little extra practice in can come and work on what they like.
There is no cost for this class. All participants must be registered in one of our competitive programs.
Open gym time is perfect for stunt groups, athletes competing in Individual or Duo routines, or athletes just trying to master a certain tumbling skill.
Participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for this class.
